Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the all post moulding unit (assembly & painting & Deflashing & oven process)- Production Process in shift.
- Ensure child parts stock status against plan along with previous supervisor shift closing (or) handover.
- Identify the causes for NCN/HOLD and take necessary corrective action
- Down Time Monitoring and Control.
- Ensuring Zero Critical Products / Process systems.
- Ensuring Shift Production Plan vs actual.
- If the operator faces any abnormal situation during the working process (like rejection, or machine-related breakdown) supervisor must solve the issues to ensure smooth production.
- To ensure hourly target-wise actual production achievement through machining activity cards.
- Maintain and follow First In and First Out (FIFO) in Process Wise
- Improvement projects co-ordination
- To ensure& confirm identification tags for all the child parts and brackets
- To ensure operator using proper PPE during working hours as per our standards.
- To give proper communications to the next shift supervisor through the log book.
- To ensure the finishing of parts produced in the shift finished parts must be moved to the next location with proper identification and traceability.
- The supervisor must see that the KPI is achieved in his shift. If it is not, the supervisor must do the gap analysis and produce it to the production head.
Authorities:
- Contact Shift Meeting and communicate today’s production plan and the previous day’s shift performance.
- To ensure the attendance report, no of absentees and present ratio. Then each machine should be allocated according to the manpower present ratio with the support of the planning team production head
- Self-life monitoring and Control
- Ensure the workplace with 3S conditions and must ensure the startup check sheet and 3S check sheet are filled by the operator to check the actual condition.
Qualification: Diploma or B.E (Polymer/Mech) or equivalent.
Age: 28 to 32 years.
Experience: 8 to 12 years.
