Whistleblower Policy

At Prospira, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct across all our operations. To support this commitment, we have established an external whistleblower reporting channel the Prospira Hotline for employees to confidentially report serious misconduct or concerns.

All employees of Prospira are encouraged to use this platform if they become aware of any serious misconduct.

How to Report

You can submit a report via the dedicated Prospira Hotline website hosted by the Reporting Support Center, Inc.

What You Can Report

The Prospira Hotline accepts reports related to serious violations, such as:

  • Bribery or corruption

  • Accounting irregularities

  • Misconduct or scandals involving Japanese directors and officers

  • Other serious frauds or company-related scandals

What Cannot Be Reported

The following matters will not be accepted through the Hotline:

  • Issues related to personnel policies, evaluation systems, or dissatisfaction with individual treatment

  • False accusations, defamatory content, or reports made with malicious intent

  • Religious or political concerns

Confidentiality and Protection

We assure all employees that reporting through the Prospira Hotline will not result in any disadvantage or retaliation. The same protection applies as with internal reporting mechanisms.
