I joined Prospira India as a trainee 10 years ago. I was very anxious about how I would perform since this was my first job. Within two months, I was not only performing well but also enjoying my work, thanks to the amazing learning environment and the mentors who are always there to guide and nurture. Fast forward to today, I am in a Senior Shift leader position managing a team of operators.

I have worked in few other companies before joining Prospira 11 years ago. One quality that makes Prospira India different from all the others is that it lives by its words, values, and ethics. They always prioritise the safety and well-being of their employees.

It has been 3 years since I joined Prospira India, and undoubtedly this is one of the best companies I have worked so far. I joined Prospira India as an Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing on 10th May 2024. Since then, I've been fortunate to contribute to the company's growth and success.
