Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mould preventive & corrective maintenance plan & improvement activity.
- To do Pareto analysis for the in-house rejection/reworks/mould breakdown & customer rejection.
- Troubleshooting of mould defects.
- Improving the quality of the products & reducing flash (Yield improvement).
- To maintain documents as per ISO 14001 & TS -16949-2002, System requirements.
- Mould modification as per drawing requirements.
- Making new inserts for rectifications.
- Maintaining tool history cards (Hard & Soft).
- Correction mould trails & documentation for same.
- Maintain spare mould.
Authorities:
- Contact Shift Meetings and communicate the daily plan and previous day shift performance.
- To ensure the attendance report, no of absentees and present ratio. Then each machine should be allocated according to the manpower present ratio with the support of the planning team production head
- To ensure the workplace with 3S conditions and must ensure the startup check sheet and 3S check sheet should be duly filled out by the operator to check the actual condition.
Qualification: Diploma or B.E (Polymer/Mech) or equivalent.
Age: 28 to 32 years.
Experience: 8 to 12 years.
